Twenty-six people in Berlin-Adlershof. Cells from Europe, software from upstairs, installers from your postcode.
Nocturne was started in 2023 by three people who had spent a decade building grid-scale storage and wanted to make one thing that fits on a garage wall. Twenty-six of us now, in a former lamp factory in Adlershof.
What we make ourselves
The Hub — inverter, meter and control software — is designed and assembled here. Cells are lithium iron phosphate from a European supplier; the housing is pressed in Brandenburg. We do not make an app you have to use. There is one, for people who like graphs.
Installers
Installation is done by electricians we train and certify, not by subcontractors of subcontractors. Every installer has a direct number on the card in the box, and it is the same number three years later.
