Privacy policy
This is a demonstration site. Nocturne Energy does not exist — the product, the prices and the company were written for a portfolio. The reservation form genuinely works, so anything you type in really is stored. Here is what happens to it.
Who receives the data
Reservations go to Bartosz Moczulajtys, who built this site, at hello@nocturne.kadrownia.com. Nothing is passed on and nobody will visit your house.
What is collected
Only what you enter: name, e-mail, postcode, the number of modules, whether you have solar panels, and your note. The sizing calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.
Who processes it along the way
The site runs on WordPress. The form is handled by the site’s own code — a reservation is stored in the admin panel and e-mailed to the author. No third-party form, CRM or analytics service is involved. The server is in Poland — Zenbox hosting, Beyond.pl data centre in Poznań.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all and uses no analytics, so there is no consent banner. The hero film and the fonts are served from the same server as the page.
How long
Reservations from this demonstration site are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — one e-mail to the address above is enough. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
