Installation and warranty
From the reservation to the first charge in four steps and, usually, four weeks.
Four steps
- Survey. An installer visits within two weeks, looks at the wall, the fuse box and the roof, and reads the meter.
- Quote. A fixed price within three working days. The prices on the site are what most houses pay; a long cable run or a second fuse box can add to it, and we say so before you decide.
- Installation. Four hours for one module, five for three. You do not need to be home for all of it, but you do for the handover.
- Registration. The installer registers the system with your grid operator the same day. The unit starts storing on the first sunny morning after.
Warranty in plain language
Fifteen years from installation or 6,000 full charge cycles, whichever comes first. If capacity drops below 80 % of the original within that time, we replace the module. Labour and transport are included for the first ten years. The warranty stays with the house if you sell it.
What it does not cover: water damage from an outdoor installation, third-party modifications, and operation outside −10 to 40 °C.
